    The City of Portales along with NM Clean & Beautiful is conducting a coat, blanket and winter accessory drive. Bring gently used or new coats blankets or any other type of winter accessories to any of these drop offs listed.

    Coats will be distributed on Thanksgiving Day at the Memorial Building during the FREE Thanksgiving Dinner meal 11:00 am - 1:00 pm!!!!
