Clovis, NM-Food Bank of Eastern New Mexico celebrating 31 years with 5K The Food Bank of Eastern New Mexico is marking its 31st year of continuous service with a 5K Fun Run and Walk. Area runners and walkers are invited to celebrate with the Food Bank during the race at 7 a.m. Saturday, June 7, 2014, starting at the intersection of Main and First (Mabry) Streets in Clovis. The Food Bank’s second annual Birthday 5K race is being held in conjunction with Clovis’ Pioneer Days celebrating Clovis’ heritage. Pre-registration is still open and runners or walkers who want to participate in the Birthday 5K Race can register several ways:

Fill out an application or bring completed applications to the Food Bank’s table during the Day In The Park, this Saturday, May 17 from 11 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. LOOK FOR NANCY’S TRUCK.
Registrations will also be taken at First and Main Streets the day of the race from 6 a.m. until the start of the race.
All paid applications received by 5:00 p.m. May 20th will receive an official 5K t-shirt. Those who register after this date will not be guaranteed a t-shirt.
