    The New Mexico Territory Cowboy Mounted Shooters are hosting the New Mexico/Texas Border Wars mounted shooters competition Saturday and Sunday March 15-16 at the Roosevelt County Events Arena in Portales. Competition start time each day is 10 a.m. the public is welcome at no charge.
