    JOB TITLE:
    Leasing Administrator/Accountant


    OFFICE RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Office opening and closing checklists, maintaining and ordering office, janitorial and housing maintenance supplies, maintain office machines, maintain archives, open and distribute all mail daily (date stamp), answer telephones, schedule work orders, work order tracking, miscellaneous data entry, weekly report, occupant paper work, , customer service, leasing and administrative duties. Maintain all personnel files, unit files, occupant information, accounting files and binders


    GENERAL LEDGER/CASH FLOW BUDGET RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Review all general ledgers monthly and review/complete cash flow budget to actual comparison report.

    FINANCIAL STATEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Prepare quarterly financial statements to the bank and prepare work papers for year-end close.

    PAYROLL RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Maintain payroll accuracy in ADP and in control worksheets.


    ACCOUNTS PAYABLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Record all payables in Yardi and submit for approval. Print AP checks monthly and distribute to vendors. Complete cash summaries throughout payable process to ensure sufficient funds in bank.


    GENERAL LEDGER RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Complete journal entries in Yardi. Generate and analyze General Ledger quarterly.


    BANK ACCOUNT RECONCILIATION:
    Reconcile bank accounts monthly and record any timing adjustments.

    LEASING RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Greet all customers with friendly disposition, always looking to be of assistance. Looking for marketing and sales opportunities to assist Site Manager.
