    Two-stepping the night away beneath the eastern New Mexico stars is the plan for the start of the 35th Heritage Days.   The Heritage Days Street Dance gets started at 7 p.m. Friday, June 14 in the Memorial Building parking lot.     Portales kicks off its summer June 14-15 at City Park with the 35th annual Heritage Days celebration.   The event pays tribute to the pioneering spirit of the area, which was settled by cattlemen in the late 1800s, then by farmers in the early 20th century.   The event officially gets under way on Friday, June 14 with the Heritage Days Street Dance in the Memorial Building parking lot.     ENMU offers its second Theatre Arts and Drama Academy (TADA!) for elementary and middle-school-age children on June 17-21 and June 24-28 in Portales. The two weeks are independent so children can participate in either or both weeks. The academy is led by ENMU theatre-faculty member Patrick McCreary, MFA.
