Atherton to lead Lunch & Learn

The Chamber is hosting another in its Lunch & Learn series on Sept. 20 at 12 noon at the Yam Theatre. Pam Atherton will present "Insider Secrets to Marketing Your Business."

Marketing your product, service and yourself is vital to growing business, according to Atherton. She’ll seek to answer the question: How can the average small business market itself with limited dollars, yet achieve maximum results?

The session will focus on what you need to know to effectively build a solid advertising and marketing plan. Atherton will discuss defining your customer, understanding your customer’s behaviors and getting the best bang for your buck.

The workshop is geared toward organizations from startup to long established businesses and for all experience levels. Be prepared to talk about your marketing challenges in this interactive session.

Atherton is an award-winning talk show host, keynote speaker and workshop moderator and chamber member.

Cost for the luncheon is $12 in advance and $15 at the door and for non-members.
