• Portales Special Food Distribution

    SPECIAL FOOD DISTRIBUTION
    9 am -11am on SATURDAY, February 25, 2017
    Held at Central Christian Church 1528 S. Main St. in Portales.
    This distribution is open to qualified individuals living in the Portales area who are not currently being served through any other mobile food distribution site. All new clients will be asked to fill out an income eligibility form required by The Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP).
    Distribution schedule is by last name: 9am—9:30am A-G;    9:30am– 10:00am H-N;
    10:00-10:30am O-Z;    10:30-11:00am New applicants.
    The United Way of Eastern New Mexico is currently looking for volunteer groups in Portales; these volunteer groups will aid in the distribution process to provide food to families of Roosevelt County.
